What is the Industry Tour?

The Applause Dance Tours Industry Tour is an exciting opportunity for your serious Advanced dancers who are considering a future career in Dance.

The Group will travel to Los Angeles in September/October 2024 to experience all things dance including, Dance Workshops, Mock Auditions with Los Angeles Talent Directors, Performances, creating a Music Video, Industry Q&A’s, Behind the scenes experiences at L.A. Dance Companies, Classes on Dancing to Camera and Audition Techniques, private and open classes at World Renowned Studios and a chance to explore L.A.

Who is invited?

This tour is for Secondary School aged and up dancers based all around Australia (12 years is the minimum age to attend). It is an exclusive experience, with 20 Emerald Tickets being offered to Dance Studios to hand out to their chosen dancer and 10 Emerald Tickets available to dancers who wish to audition.

Dancers aged 16 years or younger must have a chaperone accompany them on tour. Older dancers may also bring a chaperone or guest is they wish but it is not compulsory.

Please Note: This tour will only run with a Minimum of 20 dancers and final numbers will be known in January 2024.

How do we select which studios to offer Emerald Tickets to?

We choose studios who aim to create well-rounded dancers of a high-level and studios who are committed to their dancers success and want to offer them as many opportunities as possible. We thought this sounded like you.
